I have always secretly wanted to be a dancer and I wish and wish that I had stuck with ballet when I tried it at age six. I'm not sure what kind of dancer I would want to be, sometimes it's hip hop and other times it's contemporary. Regardless, when I tried some of these barre videos, it made me feel like I was a ballerina. It may be too late to start a journey of becoming a dancer but at least I can pretend while doing barre workouts.
This workout is done by an actual ballerina which helps you feel like you too are an actual ballerina. It's roughly a 30 minute workout which will get you plenty sore for the following day or two. She has a nice selection of good barre and flexibility videos.
Hip Hop Barre Workout
Ok, Hip Hop and Barre combined? This is like a dream come true for me. I need more dance in my life. This is a fun 25 minute workout that will get your heart rate up from a little cardio, as well as nice strength training.
Sweaty Betty Barre Workout
This is 41 minutes of amazingness! The instructors are fantastic. Their voices match so well with the beat of the music, which sounds kind of funny but it makes a big difference. You will be so sore, guaranteed but it is amazing!
